Initial Test of Competence (ITC) preparatory workshop
The 10th anniversary of the APC workshop prompted a reflection by the AWCA on whether the support provided to members through the nurture strategic tier was optimal. The outcome was that more could be done. Accordingly, the Initial Test of Competence (ITC) workshop was birthed. The workshop was modelled in line with the proven format of the APC workshops, where over and above providing much needed motivation on their capabilities to succeed in this exam, candidates were provided with insight on how to approach the various disciplines of the exam and to manage their time accordingly.
